Courtney Love has spoken out about the suicide attempt of Owen Wilson, and claims it's all Alan Partridge's fault. Love, who once supposedly dated comedian Steve Coogan, reckons the Mancunian star is a bad influence on bent-nosed movie hunk Wilson - star of Starsky and Hutch and the rather brilliant Zoolander. The pair are currently filming together and are said to be very close.
Wilson apparently slashed his wrists after taking a cocktail of drugs, including Crystal Meth and OxyContin. Though the papers are speculating Wilson tried to top himself after breaking up with Kate Hudson, it's Coogan who pushed him over the edge according to Courtney - what with his wild ways and everything. She claims the comedy actor has got Wilson hooked on heroin and cocaine. Quite honestly who isn't addicted to heroin and cocaine these days? Did they not watch Grange Hill?
"Under normal circumstances I wouldn't comment but I care too much about Owen," Love said. "I went through it with Steve. I tried to warn Owen. I tried to warn his friends."
