One More Grain have just played a couple of corking gigs with the brass legends James Chance and Blurt. This weekend, they're moving it up a couple of decades to play a set before exceedingly busy knob twiddler Four Kieran Tet Hebden plays a rare DJ gig at the newly done up Amersham Arms down in New Cross.
To commemorate this noted happening, Allez Allez (who are putting on the night) asked Dan of One More Grain to build a mix of whatever he fancied, the results of which you can hear here. Expect Eno, Wyatt, Hassell, Morrison, Nico, Kuti, Durutti, Can. One More Grain play the Amersham Arms at 10.30 pm on Saturday night, and you might like to note that They Came From The Stars I Saw Them are also playing, and it's entirely FREE to get in before 11 PM.
