The very first time I saw Klaxons it was when they supported the Mighty Chrome Hoof at White Heat at Christmas two years ago. This 2007, it seemed that the massively popular not-nu-rave outfit were going to return the favour by having Chrome Hoof open at their Brixton Academy show on December 6th. My, you cry, what a terrific evening out that would have been!
But sadly it seems as if there's been some unpleasant machinations behind the scenes, as Chrome Hoof have been booted off the bill. The caped crusaders today issued the following mySpace bulletin:
"Hello, unfortunately due to some regrettable actions (not on our part) we have been taken off the bill for our Brixton gig supporting Klaxons. We are as dissapointed [sp] as anyone."
BOOOO! Who is to blame for this? They must have a goat rammed up their own anuses!!!!!
