Jaldaboath Demands Head

Anyone worth their weight in blood knows hip hop is no longer the place for tantalising tabloid feuds. Who cares who's dissing Bashy this week? Not Bashy, evidently.

No, the extreme metal scene is where the real hacks go to slice off a piece of the action and refry it for your thirsty ears.

And so, the news: Jaldaboath (formerly of The Meads of Asphodel), has unveiled his first demo track as a solo artist, at least, as one going by that particular name. And the song is called 'Bring Me the Head of Metatron'.

You don't need me to tell you that Metatron is the name of his erstwhile companion and co-founder of The Meads. Yuh-huh! I know! Chain mail handbags at umpteen paces. Like, I bet he's so, you know, whatever!

The track can be found here, and I'll let you decide what you make of it. For the record though, I must say that I have never (I say never) had quite so much fun whilst listening to Medieval Masonic Metal, Crusader-Core or even Tumultuous Teutonic Templar Thrash.
