"As a continuation of our obsession with ancient music, where it all began, the English blues we're hosting a night of early music at Shunt Galleries on Thursday May 8th, cramming in as much as we can on three stages. All music is played on original instruments (well copies of) in an acoustic setting.
The entrance to Shunt is inside London Bridge Station on the TooleySt/Stainer St level. Walk past the tube barriers on your right and the doorway is on your left.
Tickets on the door, it's a fiver, music starts 8.30 and finishes around 11.30. Michael will be playing records after that. The bar is open till late and will be serving mead alongside your usual tipple."
